AKCP rolls out sensorProbe 2A with DC Voltage Measurement
Capability Bangkok, Thailand Jan 31st,
2003
SensorProbe2A from AKCP, is now equipped with a new
and sophisticated add on DC voltage sensor. This new
sensor, when used in conjunction with sensorProbe2A,
monitors and notifies the fluctuation in DC voltage.
The DC Voltage sensor can sense values in between
0 to 30 volts. Custom made sensors are also available
that can sense as desired by the user. The DC Voltage
sensor comes with 15, 60 and 100 feet cables. When
connected in sensorProbe2A, the smart auto-detect
feature of sensorProbe2A, immediately configures itself
and start sensing.
Possible Application
DC Voltage sensor could find important role in places
where minute voltage change has large implications,
like Server rooms, UPS batteries monitoring, Rackmount
Installations, medical research centers etc. It can
now be of immense use in the electrical and electronic
industry to monitor the changes in DC Voltage.
About SensorProbe 2A
User friendly, simple, accurate and rugged sensorProbe2A
has an embedded web server and connects to the NMS
through the Ethernet. It remotely monitors the environment
for changes in temperature and humidity. Every time
there is a change in the environment, it sends alerts
either as Emails, SMS messages or SNMP tarps. sensorProbe2A
monitors and notifies changes in airflow, humidity,
temperature, water detection, dry contacts , voltage,
etc using the intelligent sensors.
SensorProbe is prices at $245 and comes with a 1 feet
temperature sensor. About AKCP Inc.
